David H. Relkin is a well-seasoned New York business and commercial litigation, arbitration, and collection attorney. He was formerly a partner with the highly-respected law firms of Kreindler & Relkin, P.C. and Duane Morris LLP, where he acted as General Counsel to many of New York's financial institutions and factors. He also worked for the New York County District Attorney's Office and was General Counsel for a multi-million dollar importing concern. He regularly judges Yale's Mock Trial Competitions and the National Moot Court Competitions at the New York City Bar Association. as well as lecturing to Business Leaders and Attorneys on arbitration, litigation and collection issues, and fraudulent conveyances, in which he established new legal principles. His various publications reflect his substantial knowledge, experience, and accomplishments in legal matters such as creditor's rights, international transactions, promissory notes and guarantees, documentary letters of credit, collections, and reclamation in bankruptcy cases.
